Chaque année, le Super Bowl oppose les vainqueurs des conférences AFC et NFC. Le vainqueur est couronné champion NFL.
Voici la liste des rencontres du Super Bowl depuis 1966.
Les Green Bay Packers ont remporté les deux premières éditions du Super Bowl. Les New England Patriots et Pittsburgh Steelers sont les équipes qui ont remporté le plus de fois le Super Bowl, avec six succès pour chacune de ces équipes.
Les Kansas City Chiefs ont remporté la dernière édition.
